Neemuch Accident: One dead, four injured after truck rams car heading to Mandphiya


**Tragedy in Neemuch: One Killed, Four Injured in Collision Between Car and Trailer Truck**

**NEEMUCH:** A pilgrimage turned into a tragedy on Tuesday evening when a speeding trailer truck collided with a car near Sagargram in the Jeeran police station area, leaving one person dead and four others critically injured.

The victims, all residents of Kanwan village in the Badnawar tehsil of Dhar district, were traveling to the renowned Sanwaliya Seth temple in Mandphiya when the accident occurred at approximately 8:00 PM.

According to preliminary reports, the collision was of such high impact that the car was mangled beyond recognition, and the trailer truck involved in the crash overturned on the roadside.

Emergency response teams, including ambulance pilots Keshav Balwara, Sandeep Modi, Narendra Khinchi, and Sunil Khinchi, arrived at the scene shortly after the incident. They rushed the five occupants of the car to the district hospital. Medical staff at the facility pronounced Himanshu Panwar dead on arrival.

The four survivors—identified as Jai Singh Panwar, Mohit Panwar, Ankit Lohar, and Ashish Panwar—are currently undergoing treatment for critical injuries.

Ankit Lohar, one of the survivors, recounted the harrowing moments leading up to the crash. “We left Kanwan this morning for the temple. I was asleep in the back seat when a loud, violent impact jolted me awake,” he said. By the time he regained consciousness, the vehicle had been destroyed.

The Jeeran police have initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision. The body of the deceased has been moved to the hospital mortuary for a post-mortem examination, and the families of the victims have been notified.

Authorities are currently working to determine the cause of the collision, as the investigation remains ongoing.
